At Dooney & Bourke, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day return policy for unused merchandise in its original condition. Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Select the reason for your return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided; a flat return shipping fee of $9.50 will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unused merchandise in the original shipping box, ensuring all registration cards and dust bags are included before sealing the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your receipt; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
